terms of business
Ownership of all products supplied rests with our company
until full payment has been received. However, insurance
liability passes to the receiving company / person at
the point of delivery or fitting.

All tyres are guaranteed for life by their manufacturer against fault
This means if a tyre develops a fault (Not including accidental damage / wear)
It can be returned to them for an engineers examination
They will be examined and an allowance of tyre remaining may then be refunded to you.
Please note this can take up to 8 weeks. We cannot refund any money ourselves
it is up to the manufacturer.

Failure of a different section causing damage.
